This six-week series focuses on “intention,” a critical part of tai chi practice. Building on the previous series, Finding Your Personal Power, we’ll focus on how to move in a way that will enable you to increase your ability to slow down and focus on the things that are most important to you during treatment and beyond.
Tai chi and qi gong can be powerful tools for responding to medical challenges. But beyond the well-known benefits, these practices hold important secrets: They help develop personal power, intention, and flow.
