 Irene Liana, the Manager of Volunteer Resources, has over 20 years experience in the Corporate environment in Human Resources management in such companies as Ford, divisions of Oracle and Moore Paper Company and the Electric Power Research Institute. She also worked as a Psychologist/Counselor in the public sector and for a non-profit in a Director/Rehab role. She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Her volunteer experience includes the Board of the Senior Center in San Carlos, leading Nature Hikes as a docent at Filoli and volunteering in a ministry function in the church. She has a passion for working with people and truly enjoys being part of the BCC team as Manager, Volunteer Services.
